Love that second shot with the water all sparkling in the light! It's beautiful! I think we can officially name you the Queen of Backlighting. So many great images here as always but I especially like the ones showing the relationship between your son and his Daddy.
Wow, I am loving all huge run of Jackson and his Daddy shots. Talk about pure sweetness! They make the most adorable pair, with their huge smiles :) the two sprinkler shots are incredible. Nice to see lots of water and sunshine this week.
your photos take my breath away - truly!!! just incredible. I agree w amber, the jackson and daddy shots are just sooooo sweet. love the bond it shows. still cant get over the sprinker shots. crazy-good! what a fun week it looks like, your family is so lovely xx
Thanks Talia, you can check out my camera settings for that shot here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/68106028@N08/8457597097/in/photostream/ The main thing is to use a really fast shutter speed so that you can see the suspended individual water droplets, secondly, it is shot into the sun so that the water catches the light. Also, make sure that your background is fairly plain and dark so that the water drops stand out. Finally, I have added quite a lot of black to this in Lightroom to make the the dark areas really dark. HTH.
